The instructions here tell you how to set up your email client to use our email system. These instructions cover Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook and access through your web browser.
Page winmail.dat attachments
Using email attachments called "winmail.dat" is a (very) non-standard way of attaching files to emails that is used by Microsoft Outlook when in certain configurations and will prevent people using other email systems from accessing your attachments.
